Rugby Union is a difficult and inherently dangerous sport. There is ample opportunity for severe injury without adding unnecessary, and undisciplined foul play to our wonderful game. It is incumbent on all spectators, players, coaches, match and team officials to uphold the principles of the sport but this duty cannot rest on them alone. The Disciplinary officers of the ERU play a vital role in maintaining safe and sporting play.

An individual who wishes to appeal under this policy will submit a written Notice of Appeal to the Case Manager indicating his or her intention to appeal, his or her contact information, the reasons and grounds or the appeal, a summary of evidence to support the appeal, and the remedy req
Notice of Appeals
Fillable NOTICE OF APPLE document. The appeal process MUST be initiated by completing and filing with the Appeal Officer for Rugby Alberta, or their designate, the Notice of Appeal together with an Appeal Bond ($200) within ten (10) days from the date the Member received notice of the decision that is being appealed.

World Rugby: To maintain and promote fair play, protect the safety and welfare of Players, ensure that acts of Foul Play are dealt with expeditiously and appropriately by independent means within the Game and that the image and reputation of the Game is not adversely affected.

A thrilling encounter saw the Roos come from behind to secure a crucial 1 point victory. Down by 12 points at halftime, captain Jake Morrison sparked the comeback with a brilliant individual goal in the late in the 3rd quarter. Young gun winger Tommy Chen sealed the win with a spectacular off-the-ground finish in the dying minutes. The defensive effort from Mike Stevens and Danny Walsh was outstanding, making crucial tackles when it mattered most.
