Anatomy of Coaching Supper Series
Athletes Hangar | Mondays after work | 5:00–6:00pm, Jan & Feb | pizza included
Led by the legendary coach Helen Wright this series is built to grow how you coach, not just what you coach! This fundamental skills development series is designed for coaches of all levels. We focus on building confidence and consistency in how to coach core rugby skills: what to coach, how to coach it, and why it matters.
Sessions emphasize clear coaching language, safe skill progression, and improving understanding of the decisions you make as a coach, not just memorizing drills.
Join us for one-hour, after-work sessions that give you practical tools you can use immediately at training. Sessions are focused, accessible, and designed to fit busy schedules while creating space to connect with other coaches.

Figtree Kangaroos 10. 10. 70 defeated Helensburgh Tigers 10. 9. 69
A thrilling encounter saw the Roos come from behind to secure a crucial 1 point victory. Down by 12 points at halftime, captain Jake Morrison sparked the comeback with a brilliant individual goal in the late in the 3rd quarter. Young gun winger Tommy Chen sealed the win with a spectacular off-the-ground finish in the dying minutes. The defensive effort from Mike Stevens and Danny Walsh was outstanding, making crucial tackles when it mattered most.
