We are pleased to offer coach player development programs for the 2026 season (referee opportunities TBA!). Our focus is on enjoyment, confidence, clarity, and making sure we’re all speaking the same rugby language across Northern Alberta.

PLAYERS (U5–U15)
Indoor Winter Rugby
Kinsmen Fieldhouse | Sundays, Feb–Mar | 5:30pm & 6:30pm start time by age
Games-based, high-energy, non-contact rugby. Perfect for new & returning players who just want to play.

This is our contact prep program. We provide a unique direct approach for coaches & players to learn together – same space, same info, same expectations.

Local ERU Clubs | April (Mon/Wed/Fri) | 6:00–7:30pm *
Safe, consistent scrum & lineout coaching for High School Players & Coaches as well ass U11 – U18 players AND their club coaches. Build shared language, shared standards, and build confidence so we can lean into chaos at practice. Sessions are available to the public and will be held at local clubs – if your high school is near a club, please attend!

Anatomy of Coaching Supper Series
Athletes Hangar | Mondays after work | 5:00–6:00pm, Jan & Feb | pizza included
Short, sharp sessions designed to give you tools you can use right away. The collaborative sessions focus on what to coach & how to coach it well.
