This is probably the best site for all your rugby needs. It has a global site for you to ask questions, forums and the technical journal archive. When you click on this area you are given articles that top coaches have written from around the world, and it is at the cutting edge of rugby.

The guy who has created this site has new articles on rugby especially junior rugby. He gives you drills and an incite to areas of the game.

This site provides background information on topics like, motivation, goal setting, fitness, fitness testing, mental training,teambuilding, nutrition, injury prevention and others.

This site has everything you need to know on scrummaging for  beginners with good visual diagrams. You will need to go to Telstra smartrugby for this but it is well worth down loading. Also go to community rugby where it gives you ideas on drills.


www.fitness4rugby.com

Again this site is specifically aimed at fitness elements needed for rugby players it has good descriptions of technical elements for the older players.

 

You will have to guide yourself round the sites in order to pick up drills and articles on rugby. This is especially so for rugby.com.au, where you will need to go to Telstra smartrugby.
